Bravo bravo bravo
I didnt lose as much as you, but it was hard nonetheless, and discipline is the key. And after? Yeah! I still think “i cant do that”
For me, i need constant goals ahead of me to keep it off. I sign up for triathlons. I can run for miles and miles. I can swim for 10 kilometers.
But every single time there is a physical task, i have to remind myself that i can do it. The default continues to be “thats too hard”
Discipline and goal setting.
But i wont be appearing in some instagram page. Im 56 and losing 40lbs at 56 doesnt look as good as losing it at 26.
But all in all, i defintely feel better about myself
