as a triathlon competitor I am super familiar with "what is aerobic"

There is hard way to find your spot, and an easy way.

the hard way involves running at the maximum rate you possibly can for 30 minutes, and then you can find different zones to exercise in (usually 1-5, but some use 3 zones, some use 7). Zone 2 is where you want to be.

The easy way is to increase your walking or jog speed until the point you feel a little stress, but you can still hold a conversation. Or sing. That is your zone 2.

Just exercising in zone two works wonders for your heart, your weight (this is where you maximally burn fat), cholesterol ratio and your biological age. If you wear a fitness watch you can see as your VO2 max rises (the best indicator there is for overall physical fitness)

just 30 minutes a day of zone 2, is enough to make you more fit than the great majority of Americans. your doctor and wife will both appreciate it too. zone 2 can be walking, depends on your current fitness. If you need to job to achieve it, go slow, land with your feet below your waist and land on the balls of your feet, but don't stay on them, use you ankle as well as your knee as a shock absorber (this is why people always complain about their knees)

But I wouldnt count vacuuming, and walking around your house in this. Separate and carve out time for this.
