As for your contention that parliamentary democracy is the best system I would point out that benevolent dictators and monarchs are far better (but far more short lived). Democracy is a 2500 year old failed idea that never, ever works, it doesnt matter how many band aids we stick on it, it never fulfils its promises. Which state in all of history can you point to where there are no poor, no racism, no forced financial burdens. Democracy has fulfilled none of its promises. Parliamentary democracies are worse. Constitutional democracies are a little better, but frankly its just a pice of paper and no one cares what is written on it after a time. The best we can get is a voluntary society. Where different social needs are delivered competitively, you choose the ones that work for you, or none. And none would be OK.
