Bahahahah…. That’s probably the funniest thing i have read all day. Yeah, let’s make greed illegal. That’ll work. We have 6000 years of power structures that benefit a few. Creating a new power structure will surely prevent psychopaths from seeking power.

The problem is that you think “now we are in charge, everything will be better”. Same thinking those who supported Lenin, Stalin, hitler, and trump all think.

A different power structure doesnt solve problems, it creates new one. All power structure remove signals people use to run their daily lives. If gas is cheap, they buy more gas. If bread is cheap, they buy more bread.

Want this nonsense to stop? Let people feel that actual costs of petroleum. Let people own their land and have individual control of where pipelines go. The cost of oil “exploration”, drilling, refining, and transport will drop in some places, skyrocket in others.

New, better solutions will be found. Mass transport will be a viable option again. No one would pay for 10 lane highways.

But no, you think someone needs to be in charge of everyone else and that person will be on your side so it is OK.
