I agree that a separate AI device is worthless. to be fair the Humane and Rabbit devices were separate and failed, but they also both truly sucked in spectacular ways. Maybe it is possible to have one that doesnt suck in the same way my Apple Watch allows me to leave my phone at home when training? I doubt it. Maybe glasses or headphones or something would be a separate AI device.

I disagree with you completely about a new phone.

We are boxed in a certain phone paradigm. glass brick with apps.

Maybe they have come up with a new UX entirely. Maybe they are doing a privacy phone (Sam Altman and privacy? bahahahahah). But my point is there are other phone configurations that are possible and likely better than the apple/android archetypes.

As for the billions of dollars. Sam is currently raising SEVEN TRILLION DOLLARS... you think a few billion is going to be a problem?

And they don't have to fight patents, they have to license patents.

I think the market could use a new communication device.
