I don’t think this is similar to pelicot in any way. As much as people bring up daniel penny there are always people who bring up pelicot.

That bastard trawled websites looking for other scumbags and invited them to his house to destroy the life of one woman who had no one around to protect her.

This is a story, far, far more similar to daniel penny, where one lunatic is making life bad for dozens of people and there was in fact at least one person around willing to protect them. He may not, in the end have executed his help well (pun reconsidered but left in anyway) but there is no indication he set out his day with murder in mind.

The only similarity between this and pelicot, is that there is a guy doing bad things.
