I had a very similar experience with weight loss. Was at 208, now 175...30 lbs gone. hard to beleive that it was on me. Took about 4 months and since then I swing between 175 and 180. I don't run every day... I run, bike or swim. sometimes 2 of those, and once in a while all 3.
My noom app (which I used to help teach me about food) shows weight loss in a very similar shape. Good for you. I wish us both good luck in keeping our emotional state one in which is conducive to keeping in shape for ever.
