I think its incredibly unlikely that the cancer caused by UVA/B and the cancer caused by X-Ray leaves a space in the spectrum between them where cancer is not caused.

Putting a UV bulb in a room seems like a dumb idea. It should be in the ventilation system (or inside the standing air filter with blower), and then it doesn't matter if its UVA,B, or C
