I think, you do not understand the concept of individual choice. If I choose to protect the people around me by vaccinating, by masking, by being armed, by donating to charitable efforts… those remain individual choices. If they are not, then we can justify ANY action. Solve teenage pregnancy? Well, let’s just sterilize all men when they hit puberty. Want to solve crime? Well let’s put everyone in a coma. The idea that something, anything, is not an individual choice is the path to autocracy. This path of thinking empowers the very people you think you are against. Any power you think you should prescribe to one group of people, is justified by their enemies.

It is 100% true that my freedom ends at the end of my agency and at the start of yours. But that doesnt mean that you get a free pass in the other direction.

Getting vaccinated is 100% an individual choice. The problem is that people like you don’t let the consequences of individual choices go unhindered, becuase you think your ideas are there protecting people.
