It's exactly who I think it is. This is a great article. I would also respond that its not just the military, but the entire edifice of the state. In one hand they yell about climate change, in the other they subsidize roads, oil exploration, cargo ships, etvc etc etc. The conflict over climate change itself is what keeps these people iin power. I always tell people, Climate change will be solved the same decade the demise of the nation state happens and actual free markets decide the cost of things. Until then... its just going to be more blaming, more yelling and more suffering.
