This is what people need to hear. Now, I do more, for me, Ihave found Ironman training (I'm 55) to be something I can stick to (I will never be top 100, so what), but I need a goal. Others can just follow your advice here.

It's OK to blow it once in a while. oops, I had a glass of wine before bed. oops, I didnt exercise today.
While for myself, my mondays are "rest days" and its better for me to keep it like that, sometimes I blow it and don't work out. World doesnt end, body doesnt gain 50 lbs. that day. Forgive yourself, move on.
