lol, sorry you said "technologies don't solve any of the issues..." and I think you meant to write "governments don't solve any of teh issue..". If they did, they would already be solved by them. Instead we have ponzi schemes, rug pulls, fraud, etc etc long before crypto ever arrived.
Madoff worked a huge ponzi scheme through all the regulation that was put in place. North Korea's Lazarus group stole 100 million dolalrs int he highly regulated banking system after a broken printer prevented them from stealing a full 1 billion dollars from bangladesh.
Meanwhile NO ONE cal steal my crypto without me giving them access to it. Sure ponzi schemes, rug pulls, and outright fraud can exist in crpyto, just like it exists to a greater degree using US dollars. Sure crime can exist using crypto, just like crime exists to a far greater degree using US dollars. Crypto finally gives a way to track funds super easily, unlike dollar bills. Crypto provides a way for people to enter and leave economic system based on how well it works for them, unlike Fiat based systems.
No one is talking about a bank going bust, we are talking about the huge number of instances where governments tell banks to freeze funds, or remove funds. Banks are tools of the government, they are not on your side.
Government has no way of confiscating crypto, unless people put it on centralized, custodial platoforms. You are showing your ignorance yet again. You do not understand the power and benefits or technology behind crypto currencies. You should not be writing about it.
Oh my Gorsh you don't even understand 51% attacks. I'm not even going to respond to that comment until you read Mastering Bitcoin and can prove it. You are writing about a topic you don't have an understanding of. Please learn about Dunning-Kruger.
