My first response was “What Three Words” already does this (as others have noticed)

My second response was “I bet a techie came up with this idea and implemented without outside help”. The issue, same one cryptocurrencies have, is that this code is totally useless to humans. Not memorizable, not recognizable. That is why What The Words is far superior.
