None of that is true.

Weather is a chaotic system. That means whatever they use for initial conditions matters a lot and its why the predictions get worse the farther they project into the future. A TON of things have changed since they developed and refined models. Co2 levels are double what they were, the heat stored in the oceans and atmosphere are far higher, the average temperatures in various localities have changes and there are unmodeled cascade effects from this state of things.

Modeling systems is sensitive to changes in assumption, and more important models are only valid for the assumed ranges of input variables (in fact, an exercise that you do when modeling a system is to do a sensitivity analysis).

The fact that weather models are being invalidated across the world is an effect of assuming nothing bad will happen when we pollute the atmosphere and ocean faster than ever in the history of the planet. It doesnt mean you can point HAARP at any place on the planet and excite a small storm into a hurricane (which it cant, and doesnt)
