Not a boomer here, but working in automated lines have been shit since the 1920’s its not new.
Where millenials and frankly the entire labor movement goes wrong is to think that government is going to save you.
It will not.
It will just make things more expensive for everyone even when there arent labor issues.
Further, one person is not the same as the next. Some people will appreciate the opportunity (we used to assign this to lettuce picking immigrants who did jobs americans wouldnt do)
But the right thing to do is to leave. Better yet, group up and leave en masse. They will never change unless its cheaper for them to change.
There are help wanted signs in every big box store , gas station chains, etc. (i’m assuming that the amazon jobs discussed here do not require advances degrees)
