Not one sentence about how this is sustained…

Does that mean there isn’t a plan for that? Or does that mean it just wasnt covered.

I live in puerto rico. This island was granted a ton of money in the 50s to transform it from an agrarian economy to a tourist and manufacturing based economy. Roads, housing, water piplines, gas pipelines, govt buildings, stadiums, etc etc all built up creating a middle class basically overnight.

No plan for sustainability, to this day this is true. So puerto rico constantly “needs” more funding to poorly maintain what is left of the infrastructure.

And each year, no plan for sustainability gets implemented. Money gets lost in corruption and inefficiency.

What is the plan when NEOM runs out of oil and all the millionaires have already moved there? How do they continue to keep their moon?
