Harris could have won the election if she endorsed crypto. Thats all she had to do:

1) free ross

2) fire gensler

3) find a way to allow people to pursue crypto projects without fear of prosecution. I had an idea of how (The Crypto Miranda Warning - Medium), but there were many other possibilities presented.

None of these would have put her not he bad side of her supporters. and it would have removed this advantage from her opponent. It's the democrats who made crypto a political thing. Huge mistake. Lost the election because of it.

But yeah, cracking down on people who provide platforms rather than those who actually do crime, is a terrible look. Biden did no favors to Harris for doing that.
