If sex is the goal, hire some help. Everything is consensual then.

If a relationship is the goal, a much harder goal, work on yourself first.

I’ve had depression, i am not autistic but do have adhd. I remember many times of feeling that exact frustration. I recently got chubby.

Confidence came when i worked on myself. For me, triathlon training boosted my confidence, i got in shape, literally took years off me.

Regardless of how you do it, its far harder to attract someone else if you are not attracted to yourself.
