This is a huge failure to understand the point. The owners of the grocery store have every incentive to hire well in the first place or their business will die.

The government has never shown this penchant and has created bloat and excess at every turn all in the effort to have watchers watching the watchers who watch the people deploying services.

Their point is that it literally doesn’t matter who gets fired and who stays on and you have provided no evidence that it does.
