This is right on. Book are bad if all you are exposed to are mind numbing, poorly written garbage.

I do think that, like all tech, there are boundaries;

Late night, early morning viewing of bright screens are bad for circadian cycles

Screen time interfering with sleep time is health degrading.

But other than that, yeah, not really an issue
