Even if a law like this were given any attention at all, miners will just move the mining to a place where it is more profitable and safe... as they have been doing for years. Then I saw you repeating the MSM claim that Canada has confiscated crypto wallets. They did not. THey shut down custodial crypto account, basically the bank connected databases that pretend to be a users crypto wallet. If you cant wean out the details, I doubt you can make a coherent case about how thegovernment will stop bitcoin.
They will try, and they will succeed to some degree, but it won't be through regulation. It will be though packet sniffing and control of major internet nodes..... and then new tech will be invented to circumvent that.
