This isn’t really libertarian free speech.

Free speech means you are free to say what you want, but the consequences of your speech are also free. It means if i don’t like what you say, or if it hurts me in some way, i can respond as i see fit.

That response is also not free from consequences. Thus if its too harsh (as judged by judge, committee, or social media) i too will receive consequences.
