Why do you think we need anything more than a way to execute liability laws?

If you were harmed, then you should be able to get damages.

Thats it.

Whether it’s copyright, punch in the face, fraud, patent, etc etc. if you show harm was done, you should be able to collect damages.

You can protect yourself by committing works (hashes of product) to blockchain. You can record yourself and surroundings, you can provide records…. All to show damage.

The one thing you probably wont like is that opportunity cost isn’t damage.

If i buy a different service and your income drops because i was your only client, then that cant be damage. Same goes for replacing you with a robot.
