Why would you even mention this? That trial was non-randomized and REALLY small. its not a usefull study to make any conclusions about at all. The only conclusion to make is "We should try this controlled with more poeple" and nothing else at all.

Why are you calling it impressive, it not randomized, and the two groups self organized by other factors.

I would further that this put you in disrepute as your standard for an anti-depression drug seems to be radically different than for a drug that doesn't muck wth your mind.
